Service Level &amp; Support (Best Effort)<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"7\"><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-533\" data-path-to-node=\"7,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>&#8220;As Is&#8221; Provision<\/span><\/b><span>: The Service is provided &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available&#8221;<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,1,4\"><span>The Company makes no warranties regarding constant availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,1,6\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-534\" data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Best Effort Support<\/b>: Support is provided on a &#8220;best effort&#8221; basis. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,2\"><span>We aim to respond to inquiries sent to <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,2\" data-index-in-node=\"39\"><span>support@mitras.tech<\/span><\/b><span> within <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,2\" data-index-in-node=\"66\"><span>24 hours<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,4\">.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-535\" data-path-to-node=\"7,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Maintenance<\/span><\/b><span>: We may perform updates or maintenance for technical or security reasons<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2,1,4\"><span>We strive to schedule these outside peak usage hours<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2,1,6\">.<\/span><\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Subscriptions &amp; Payments (Mollie)<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"9\"><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-536\" data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Billing<\/span><\/b><span>: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis, unless a longer term is explicitly selected<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-537\" data-path-to-node=\"9,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"9,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Payment Processing<\/span><\/b><span>: Payments are processed by <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"9,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"46\"><span>Mollie<\/span><\/b><span> and are subject to their Services Agreement<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,1,1,2\">. Standard payment is via <b data-path-to-node=\"9,1,1,2\" data-index-in-node=\"26\">automatic debit<\/b> (incasso); however, initial payments may use alternative methods provided by Mollie.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-538\" data-path-to-node=\"9,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"9,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Account Deactivation<\/span><\/b><span>: If payment fails, the account and its rooms will be deactivated<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,2,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,2,1,4\"><span>We may block access until all outstanding invoices are settled<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,2,1,6\">.<\/span><\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4. Cancellation &amp; Data Retention<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"15\"><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-539\" data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Cancellation<\/span><\/b><span>: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1,4\"><span>You will retain access until the end of the current billing period<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,0,1,6\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-540\" data-path-to-node=\"11,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"11,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>3-Month Grace Period<\/span><\/b><span>: Following deactivation due to non-payment or cancellation, your data will be stored for a <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"112\"><span>maximum of 3 months<\/span><\/b><span> to allow for reactivation<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-541\" data-path-to-node=\"11,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"11,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Deletion<\/span><\/b><span>: After this 3-month period, all associated data will be permanently deleted<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"11,2,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>&nbsp;<p><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5. Conduct &amp; Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-542\" data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Prohibited Content<\/span><\/b><span>: Users may not share content that is illegal, discriminatory, contains malware, or infringes on third-party trademarks\/copyrights<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"13,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-543\" data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Technical Restrictions<\/span><\/b><span>: You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to breach security measures<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"13,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-544\" data-path-to-node=\"13,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"13,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>IP Rights<\/span><\/b><span>: All rights to the Service (excluding User Content) remain the exclusive property of Mitras Tech &amp; Assets B.V.<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"13,2,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"13,2,1,4\"><span>You grant us a license to use your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"13,2,1,6\">.<\/span><\/p>&nbsp;<p><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6. Liability &amp; Governing Law<\/b><\/p><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-545\" data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/b><span>: The Company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of profits or data<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1,4\"><span>Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the incident<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,0,1,6\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-546\" data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Governing Law<\/span><\/b><span>: These Terms are governed by <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"43\"><span>Dutch law<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-547\" data-path-to-node=\"15,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"15,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"15,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Jurisdiction<\/span><\/b><span>: All disputes shall be submitted to the district court of <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"15,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"71\"><span>Rotterdam<\/span><\/b><span>, The Netherlands<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"15,2,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>&nbsp;<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-path-to-node=\"17\">2. Nederlands: Gebruiksvoorwaarden<\/h2><h3 data-path-to-node=\"18\"><b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">1. Serviceniveau &amp; Ondersteuning (Best Effort)<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"22\"><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-551\" data-path-to-node=\"22,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"22,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>&#8220;As Is&#8221; Levering<\/span><\/b><span>: De Dienst wordt geleverd &#8220;zoals deze is&#8221; (as is)<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"22,0,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"22,0,1,4\"><span>Het Bedrijf geeft geen garanties met betrekking tot constante beschikbaarheid of foutloze werking<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"22,0,1,6\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-552\" data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Ondersteuning<\/b>: Wij leveren ondersteuning op basis van &#8220;beste inspanning&#8221; (best effort). <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0,2\"><span>Wij streven ernaar om binnen <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0,2\" data-index-in-node=\"29\"><span>24 uur<\/span><\/b><span> te reageren op vragen via <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0,2\" data-index-in-node=\"62\"><span>support@mitras.tech<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"22,1,0,4\">.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-553\" data-path-to-node=\"22,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"22,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"22,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Onderhoud<\/span><\/b><span>: Noodzakelijk onderhoud kan tijdelijke onbeschikbaarheid veroorzaken<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"22,2,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"22,2,1,4\"><span>Wij proberen dit buiten piekuren te plannen<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"22,2,1,6\">.<\/span><\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"23\"><b data-path-to-node=\"23\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Abonnementen &amp; Betaling (Mollie)<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"24\"><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-554\" data-path-to-node=\"24,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"24,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"24,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Facturatie<\/span><\/b><span>: Betaalde abonnementen worden maandelijks vooraf gefactureerd, tenzij een langere termijn is gekozen<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"24,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-555\" data-path-to-node=\"24,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"24,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"24,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Betaling<\/span><\/b><span>: Betalingen worden verwerkt door <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"24,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"42\"><span>Mollie<\/span><\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"24,1,1,2\">. De standaardmethode is <b data-path-to-node=\"24,1,1,2\" data-index-in-node=\"25\">automatische incasso<\/b>. Voor de eerste betaling kunnen andere methoden via Mollie worden gebruikt.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-556\" data-path-to-node=\"24,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"24,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"24,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Wanbetaling<\/span><\/b><span>: Bij het uitblijven van betaling wordt het account gedeactiveerd<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"24,2,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"25\"><b data-path-to-node=\"25\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4. Opzegging &amp; Bewaartermijn<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"28\"><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-557\" data-path-to-node=\"26,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"26,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"26,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Opzegging<\/span><\/b><span>: U kunt uw abonnement op elk moment opzeggen via de instellingen<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,0,1,2\">. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,0,1,4\"><span>U behoudt toegang tot het einde van de betaalde periode<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,0,1,6\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-558\" data-path-to-node=\"26,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"26,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"26,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>3 Maanden Bewaartermijn<\/span><\/b><span>: Na deactivering of opzegging worden uw gegevens nog <\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"26,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"77\"><span>maximaal 3 maanden<\/span><\/b><span> bewaard voor eventuele reactivatie<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-559\" data-path-to-node=\"26,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"26,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"26,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Verwijdering<\/span><\/b><span>: Na deze periode van 3 maanden worden alle gegevens definitief verwijderd<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"26,2,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p>&nbsp;<p><b data-path-to-node=\"27\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5. Gebruiksregels &amp; Intellectueel Eigendom<\/b><\/p><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-560\" data-path-to-node=\"28,0,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"28,0,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"28,0,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Verboden Content<\/span><\/b><span>: Het is niet toegestaan content te delen die onrechtmatig, discriminerend of schadelijk is, of die inbreuk maakt op rechten van derden<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"28,0,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-561\" data-path-to-node=\"28,1,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"28,1,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"28,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Technisch Gebruik<\/span><\/b><span>: Het is verboden om de beveiliging van de Dienst te testen, te omzeilen of onbevoegd toegang te zoeken tot niet-publieke delen van het systeem<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"28,1,1,2\">.<\/span><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_74aca7e88ab15d77-562\" data-path-to-node=\"28,2,1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"28,2,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"28,2,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span>Eigendom<\/span><\/b><span>: Alle rechten op de Dienst blijven eigendom van Mitras Tech &amp; Assets B.V.<\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"28,2,1,2\">.<\/span><\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"29\"><b data-path-to-node=\"29\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">6.
